My mom lives ina retirement village - right at the dead end of a quiet little "street" that serves 8 units.. The perfect place to ride your bike (and yes, no helmets, but no traffic there). We spent a delightful morning with her the Saturday of the long weekend. Her garden is always fantastic.

One stem of orchids - the hearts pink or white. Fascinating. |
So whic picture is your favorite? I love the first one.
Can see that your children also enjoy the time with their grandparents as much as mine do :)

DeleteBeautiful pictures! I love the one of your boys cleaning...the colors are gorgeous! And it's a fun story, too. :)
ReplyDeleteLooks like great fun! Love your flower pics, and the Namaqualand daisies are awesome! Can't believe it is THAT time of the year again! :D
ReplyDeleteLooks like they loved it!!
ReplyDeleteThey're all lovely, my favourite? The boys cleaning their milkshake mess - that's priceless and a keeper for their 21st one day! :)
ReplyDeleteHer garden is absolutely gorgeous, as are your kids. :) I think my favorite is the one of the pink orchids.

All of them are gorgeous - wow, what a garden to look like that this time of the year already! My favourite is also of the two boys cleaning. Too cute.
ReplyDeleteStunning (Spring-feeling) photos! I love the last one, but I am a sucker for orchids.
ReplyDeletePics are beautiful. Love the one with Princess on her bike. And Child2 LOVES cleaning up - it's definitely not a punishment in these parts.
ReplyDeleteAll beautiful pictures. The flowers are stunning and the kids are happy.
ReplyDeleteI'll probably make myself your boys' lawyer and sue you for child labour, you'll receive your summons in the mail (LoL). Can I come get them to clean up my driveway? They sure were enjoying cleaning up
Stunning photos with your very happy little people.
ReplyDeleteI love seeing the kids playing in the road like we did when I was growing up. You don't see that much anymore (for good reasons).
ReplyDeleteI love the 2nd last pic. Reminds me of a trip in the Namaqua :)
