Way back and wordful Whensday - family ties

Playing along on a Wednesday (as per usual) with Cheryl at Twinfatuation and Angie at 7 Clown Circus:

I had a great weekend at Verlorenkloof - I slept 9 or 10 hours uninterrupted for 3 nights, I took 2 naps, I hiked, we had a picnic, I read a good chunk of a great book and I spent some quality time with my little Princess and my mom. What more could I ask? The guys did just great at home - but it was so good to see them all again. To hold those little bodies (not to even mention to big one).

For today's Wednesday post I am off course using a weekend picture - and going Way back to the same spot the last time we had a weekend there.

Cousins at our picnic for the kids this weekend - from the left Timu, almost 9, The Little Miss, age 4 and a bit and Simon, age 5 and a bit (the two of them differ exactly one day short of a year).

And way back at another spot at Verlorenkloof.
Timeline: August 2006.
Timu, age just 6, The Little Miss age one and a half and Simon age 2 and a half.
