Monday, Monday

That one picture that I adore but did not make it for the photo a day.

And I am back at work. Not 100% ready, but good enough I guess. It's been a tough week last week - I was not ready at all on Friday to work. I got up, showered and dressed, just to be crawl in pain again. I slept for hours and hours and still feel as if I can sleep another week solid. Maybe my body just need to recover a bit more.

So onto the last week in pictures on my 365 project:
Day 21/365 Monday 21 January  Boring meeting doodle - first for the year.
Day 22/365 22 January Making her party invites
Day 23/365 23 January Sitting under the ladder inside a wheelbarrow - no superstition here!
Day 24/365 24 January  Sick day survival pack - iPad, coloured pens, sketch book and book to read.
Day 25/365 25 January. In 3 months time she is going to be a flower girl at I's wedding. She asked her with a little glass angel ornament. Much excitement.
Day 26/365 26 January - Pool party for our friends S&I's A - the two big girls were so silly. I mostly sat and sipped water and rested.
Day 27/365 27 January Gosh, Sunday school is much fun these days - the made little bugs - they are in the "groei gogga" (growth bugs) class this year.
So, hope your week will be great - I am just hoping for a better one than last week. Almost no party planning done yet (and it's Sunday), but luckily it is a low level party. Not stressed at all.

  1. Glad you're feeling better, Cat. Thankful you were able to rest up last week...and I hope you can take things slowly and listen to your body this week.

I love the pictures! It's always so neat to see "slices of life" captured. :)

  8. Your doodle is lovely, but I'm guessing that when you change colours of pens people tend to notice that you're making one? ;-)

Hope you feel better soon, and good luck with the party!

    1. I have to smile about htis - I do one colour at a time so it's not so obvious and in any way I write in colours all the time so I always change colour even if only taking notes.
