Makes my Monday and Magic marker Monday- my creative daughter.

Playing along with Cheryl - what a great way to start the week.

And as I am featuring something crafty again, I am also playing along at 5 minutes for special needs.

This morning I want to brag about my little princess - she made this artwork without ANY direction from me and came up with the idea on her own. I asked at the school if they did this as a project and nope, they didn't. My only conclusion - she was super creative and thought this out herself. This really makes my Monday.

So without further ado:

Playdough and pastel on paper - a butterfly, toadstool and flower (below).

And presenting her growing photographic career - her takes on her brothers.

  3. It's pretty good when a child as young as A can do art work and you can actually tell what it is. Way to go A!!

  4. Quite a budding artist you have there. Keep encouraging that. I always made sure I had a huge amount of art supplies handy for my kiddies. Still do, and they are teens now. :-)

  7. YES! We LOVE the "mixed media!" You tell Little Miss whenever she heads to the states, she needs to share an art table with a blogging friend's daughter! ;)

Thanks so much for playing along!

  9. This may sound silly but I keep play dough in my classroom for my 7th graders...now I think I may tell them to create pictures like this.
    Love it.
