A dream come true....

Ok, I can not contain my excitement any more! On Sunday morning we had our family pictures taken and a very brave Jeanette Verster met us at Struben dam, one of our local walking hang-outs and also where we had our wedding pictures taken almost 9 years ago. Brave is by no means an understatement - to take 3 kids, 2 dogs and 2 excited adults on in the wilderness of a bird sanctuary is not for the faint hearted. Dragging everything to the other side of the dam even more so. But she handled it like the pro she is, although her GPS did not have the dam on and I swapped a left and right on my directions (don't even go there - blame it on me being ambidextrous) she found the spot.

The pictures are exactly what I was dreaming of - truly amazing. She has managed to capture each kid's personality - the Lil Miss' dreaminess, Little man L's brave heart and Little man C's shyness. So, to my 6 or so South African blog readers (ok about 3 of you live elsewhere in the country), if you want great family pictures or any other photos, do contact Jeanette - she is really amazing. Jeanette, thanks a mill! So pop over and have a look.

And for two for Twos-day - have a look at our pictures - there are two great two-somes.
