Irene Craft market

I know that a lot of my readers and visitors loved my post on our local farmer's market. Today, I bring you our local Arts and Crafts Market situated in what used to be a little village next to our city, but technically now part of it. The market is around the historical home of Jan Smuts, former Prime Minister.

There is a small Deli section, but the rest is mostly handmade stuff.

Goats milk cheese - truly delicious.

Gimme some hot stuff!

Granny Annie and the boys strolling at the market.

Glass vases.

Paintings and tea cosies - click to enlarge - those tea cosies are really stunning.

Mainly white paintings.

African bead work dolls.

African bead work sandals. See the orange pair in the top left hand corner? They went home with me.

Even more paintings.

And some entertainment thrown in.

My first time to join in at Cecily's
