Christmas is a time for giving...

And that's why I am so very excited to be giving one lucky reader a hamper of one of my favorite things in the world- books! Every year in October Exclusive Books launch their wish list of books for the year. This list is by far the easiest and best way to choose that perfect book gift for everyone on your Christmas gift list. From the kids,to granny,  to the men in our lives - there is really something for all. Books about sport, travel, current affairs and my personal poison of choice, fiction. Of course it features a large selection of the most gifted books the last few years, cook books. So if you have not bought the perfect present for every member of the family, go have a look at your nearest Exclusive books.

Personally I would love all the books on the list, but I have already read one, Kobra by Deon Meyer. A stunning read in true Meyer tradition featuring Bennie Griessels everybody's favorite alcoholic detective and my personal favorite Meyer character- Mbali Khaleni the no nonsense clever female member of the Hawks. There is one book i would really love to experiment with over December - Reuben Riffel's newest book "Braai- Reuben on fire" I am very excited to offer a hamper of 7 of the most popular books on this years's list including this book worth over R 2000,00. What a lovely extra surprise gift for Christmas!

Here's how to enter:
1. Leave me a comment and tell me what was your favorite read this year. Mine was " Me before you" by Jojo Moyes.
2. For another entry like Exclusive Books facebook page and share this blogpost on Facebook and tell me in a comment that you did this.
3. For another entry tweet about this giveaway mentioning me @catjuggles and @exclusivescoza.

Good luck!

Edited;

  1. I can really not decide on one favourite book for 2013, so I will share my 5 best reads for 2013 with you. The first 4 are all books I read through our book club - such a wonderful way to share books and friends and to get your hands on good reads.
    Kobra - Deon Meyer
    Me before you - Jojo Moyes
    Silver Star- Jeannete Walls
    My daughter in France - Barbara Keating
    The last book on my list is a buy inspired by my Great Dane: Cesar's Rules by Cesar Millan

  11. Fabulous giveaway & nice to discover a new blog to read :) I have a few favourite books but my best was Beauty's Gift by Sindiwe Magona. Not a new book but so good that I wrote down her name & looked up all the other books she has written & discovered she is a great South African author. I am looking forward to reading more. Second (& third!) are Amanda Coetzee's books (also a great South African author!). I had the pleasure of receiving both of her books, Bad Blood & Redemption Song. Not often I start one after the other on the same day but I am hooked! Excellent reads, there is a new one out called Flamingo June which is on my holiday reading wishlist!
